Spiritually Rooted

When I went into this place it was so perfect for me that it was like coming home. I couldn't and wouldn't have changed a thing. BUT(of course ☹️)I spent about $50 and because I found this place unexpectedly, that was a lot of money for me. I was still looking around after my purchase when a young lady(about 11yo) bumped into me and caused my bag to drop to the floor. Of course the incense burner made of soap stone broke into pieces. I was so sad. The only thing that the girl at the register said was to try nail glue to fix it?!? I was more than disappointed. I had just lost the main part of my purchase. The rest was incense for the burner that is now in pieces. I spent 4 hours trying to glue it back together and it was not only nerve-racking but it was completely POINTLESS and I ended up having to give up and go to bed in tears. Now I was short on my BILLS AND DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT SOME INCENSE AND A BROKEN BURNER. I guarantee that Etsy would have sent me a new one and they would not have even been present when it was broken. Anyway........I live over an hour away and had already intended on going back after I got paid(more than once......they would have been sick of me)this week. I've changed my mind. I can't afford to throw $ away. I'll just continue to make my purchases on Etsy. I owned and ran a small business for almost 20 years. Sometimes u have to take a small hit to ur wallet to keep a customer. If it would have been replaced, they would have MORE THAN made their loss back within 7 days. Unfortunately about $20 cost them hundred in sales in the near future. I am Buddhist and my daughter and I have been studying and recently started practicing Wicca so..........they would have been sick of my face i promise u. Sadly........it's back to the internet. This world would be a more welcoming place if businiesses studied customer service and learned what it truly is. I haven't seen true customer service in DECADES!!!! It doesn't exist anymore. The people in the car with me were mad......they won't be returning either. Made me sad.

This place is amazing!! Don’t walk.. RUN there! You can thank me later! They have such a large inventory with an endless variety to keep you wandering and in some serious “I want” feelings! whatever it is you’re looking for- I’m willing to bet it’s there! Matty helped me out, while I was there for hours (no exaggeration!) .. thank goodness Matty has the patience of a Saint! I truly appreciated all the help I got and loved how down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful and relatable everyone was! What an honest, open, welcoming energy from Matty and the rest of the crew working! I got great recommendations on things and was given a surplus of info. I’ve been to other shops similar but have never run into one with this big of a selection and this kind of “come as you are” “non judgmental” “sincere” group of people who work here! I drove about an hour to get there just to check it out and browse and left with a ton of things. I’d drive the hour again without thinking twice!

Absolutely love this store. An amazing staff, and a great selection of anything spiritual and magic at reasonable prices. Immediately upon walking in I get a sense of peace and so much positive energy. Add to this the sweet and adorable shop kitties and it's just a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work folks! You have a customer for life here ❤☮

this shop is amazing! the staff is super nice and always very helpful. everything in the store is so organized. i think it’s super cool that when you sign up, they print out a receipt of what you bought so you remember everything you got!! they have a nice selection of everything and the prices are very reasonable! i come here often and i’m definitely going to come all the time, this is my go to crystal store. also love the cats!!
